Over the past few months I found myself getting a little low and not really liking myself that much.
The problem being, I was gradually putting on more weight than I really wanted to, and also drinking that extra glass of wine. I did try (after a fashion) to cut down on both food and drink, but to no avail.
Knowing John was a hypnotherapist, knowing him, and, having total faith in him, was the jump-start I needed.
I had one treatment with John, and since then have felt great, I have lost 3 kilos and have one glass of wine per day. I have to say; when I had my treatment I didn’t want to wake up. The experience (while under the spell) as you might say, was heaven. And I am still floating.
I highly recommend John, and if I have to call on him again in the future, I would really look forward to it.

Hi John,
I cannot believe how easy this has been! Keep thinking once I have completed a task – time for a ciggie and then realize I DON´T SMOKE.
Have not had any yearnings for one even going out Saturday night with the chimney smokers!
